Friends of Titonka Care Center

Friends of the Titonka Care Center, please join us Tuesday mornings from APril 30th-May 28th from 9-10:30 AM at the Multipurpose Room at the Titonka Care Center. This is open to anyone with an interest in promoting and preserving the Titonka Care Center. Meeting notes will be available at the Titonka Library and on request. Titonka is a Sioux Indian word meaning “Big Black”, the name given by the Indians to the buffalo. You may recognize the word “Titonka” from the movie “Dances with Wolves”. Titonka is the home of Indian Days.

The community of Titonka has much to offer for visitors and residents.
